Kamer in Boeierstraat

I'm moving out of my room in this lovely calm 3-person flatshare. It's the biggest bedroom, with a private balcony. Super chill and lovely roommates (a man and a woman, both in early 20s).

Unfortunately registration is not possible with this room.

It's a great location - one minute walk to Dirk, close to Schiedam Centrum and Marconiplein. Ten minute walk to tram stop Het Witte Dorp. Round the corner from the 38 bus stop. 15 minute cycle to Rotterdam Centraal.

The room is unfurnished but if you are willing to buy my bed frame, desk, and clothing storage unit (pictured) then you'll get priority - it would be 100 for everything and that'd be a private transaction between us (it's all about 1 year old).

There's also a spacious basement for storage! And a big living room, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, and we have a whole communal room for hanging laundry.

Looking for someone to take over from 1st October. It's a year-long contract which is open to renewal.
