Kamer in Bovenstraat

Large and bright room available from 15 April (move-in date can be a bit flexible).

The room is 25 m², the largest room in the house, and includes a door to your own enclosed terrace/sunroom area. You also get a large wardrobe with hangers.

The house is a spacious 236 m² home with great shared facilities and a big garden. We are currently 5 people living here, but this may change slightly before the move-in date (typically plus/minus one tenant). The current housemates are 4 very clean, friendly students.

The rental period is set to 1st of September, but extention is possible through mutual agreement with landlord.
