Hey guys, Im looking to sublet my room from mid-April 2026 until circa mid-January 2027, however, the move in date is flexible. I am sharing the apartment with one more person, who is also the landlady. Registration is NOT possible. The apartment is two stops away from the Alexander train station, and less than a minute away from the nearest metro stop. The rent is 850 with everything included, so the price is fixed. The bathroom, living room and kitchen are shared with the landlady, and the apartment also has a large balcony with a very nice view, as it is situated in a quiet, green part of Rotterdam. Girls are preferred, but you can hit me up for more information regardless of gender
