(all walking distances). Parking in front of the house.

For rent from 1th of November 2025 until end of July 2026. 830 excluding heating and electricity, which is 25% of the monthly bill (is around 50, less in summer, more in winter). Looking for a decent, quiet woman who is working, doing research, doing an internship, e.g. I'm 48 years old and nice if you are around 35-50 years old to have a bit in common. Important that you also like cats and are able / willing to take care of them during an occasional holidays.
