You will share the apartment with only one housemate (me female, 19). Your room is private and also includes your own balcony. There is also a lovely shared living room with a couch and a large table. The rent for the room unfurnished is at 850 excl. You can also opt to have it furnished with a loft bed, a table, chair and closet for 900 excl.

The apartment is located on the second floor in a lively neighbourhood in the centre of Rotterdam, near the Meent. The room will be available starting in April, with a 6-month contract.

The apartment has the following shared amenities:

Pets are allowed only if they are friendly, non-destructive and do not make big messes. This would need to be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

The room is perfect for somebody looking for a calm but friendly house in the center of the city!
