Erasmus university is nearby, within 13 minutes by bike or tram. The tram and bus stop are around the corner. All shops are open 7 days a week. Central Station is just 9 minutes by bike. And only 5 minutes by bike to the beautiful park Kralingse bos.

Enjoy a comfortable stay with high speed internet. The room is fully furnished.

- The room is only available for non smoking tenant!!

- Room is suitable for 1 person.

- One time cleaning fee and administration fee 260 and others.

- Optional monthly cleaning fee 60 shared spaces.

You rent a room in a house where other people work. I work (remotely) at home.. It is not a student house where parties are organized. Your roommates are dedicated workers. There are some simple house rules, such as turning off lights when not in use, no drugs, no smoking and no pets.
