A cozy and furnished apartment near city center and Erasmus is available for female students/workers. The apartment has an ideal location since its near city center, uni, and public transport: 5 minute walk to the city, supermarket and public transport, 10 minutes biking to Erasmus.

- City center and supermarket within 5 minutes walking

- The apartment is 80m2 and is furnished with:

- - Ergonomic adjustable chair

- - Ergonomic sit-stand desk

- - Bed

- - Closet

- - Hanger

- Rent is 1350 month incl. water/electricity/internet and excl. gas

- Living/kitchen area (incl. Sage coffee machine & grinder, Fellow water cooker, microwave, oven, dining table), bathroom (incl. wash machine), toilet will be shared

- Access to a large and green balcony (incl. table, chairs, parasol)

- Non-smoking apartment

- No parties allowed

- Quiet, clean and cozy environment

- Available for 1 person.

- Two months deposit required

The apartment is shared with one other working housemate. I am looking for a responsible/neat person that will treat the apartment well so everyone can live comfortably. Minimum stay is 6 months and preference will be given to those who rent for one year. 20 years or older is preferred.
