Looking for a room in one of Rotterdams best locations? These rooms are situated right next to the Markthal, overlooking the historic St. Lawrence Church, and only a 3-minute walk from Blaak Station (train, metro and tram). Perfect for students or young professionals. The rooms will be rented including a bed (not yet shown in the photos).

The house has:

* 4 bedrooms

* Shared kitchen

* Shared bathroom

* Separate toilet

The bathroom and toilet are currently being renovated, which is why they are not shown in the photos.

We are looking for someone who:

* Is between 18 and 25 years old

* Is enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters programme

* Can stay for at least one year

* Is clean and respectful, especially in shared spaces (there is a cleaning schedule)

* Respects housemates and neighbours and does not regularly host noisy parties

* Enjoys an occasional dinner or drink with housemates but is also independent

* Can pay a two-month deposit plus the first months rent in advance

* Can demonstrate financial stability (personally or through parents/guarantors)
