The rental price is including a cleaner who regularly cleans the common rooms, and including gas, water, electricity, internet.

The large living room is shared with two other students. The kitchen is at the moment also used by the landlords themselves who live on the ground floor. Furthermore, the neighborhood gives a quiet and safe feeling.

The location of the house is practical, there are two metro stations accessible on foot, namely Binnenhof and Graskruid. Furthermore, the Binnenhof shopping center is a 10-minute walk away and the Alexandrium shopping center is a 20-minute walk away. There is also a supermarket ''behind'' the house!
