Kamer in Islemundapad

The room is on the attic, in a private home where my partner and I live with 2 cats. I work at the office 1 or 2 days a week, the rest of the time I work from home.

My home is one in a small block of houses in Rotterdam Sportdorp, with a garden ending in a park. The room is temporarily available per date mentioned, with the possibility to start earlier or extend the duration of the lease.

The home is shared, except for our own rooms. As it is a family home and not a student home, I am looking for someone quiet and social to fit in.

Distance to EUR is about 5 km, city center 4 km, CS 6 km. Public transport, gym, shopping center is all at walking distance. Due to the location I only accept someone working or studying in Rotterdam. A study in Delft or Leiden is too far.

It is only available for ladies, gents will get a standard decline.
