The price is 850,- excl. utilities (landlord part). Its every month 520,- for the shared utilities, your part is 260,-. Total cost is 1110 per month.

The location and renovation resulted in this monthly cost (the location is in the city).

House is fully renovated since December 2021. New beautiful warm floor, green and warm interior in the small cozy living/study room. Shared kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. Balcony with lively city view.

Its an amazing center place to live in the hotspot Meent of Rotterdam. The place for drinks, coffees and trendy shops. The location is like 15 minutes walking from Rotterdam Central. 10 min. with the Tram 7/8 from/to Central, stops across from the apartment (Meent). 10 min walking to Rotterdam Blaak station. 10/15 min. to Erasmus University with the bicycle. AH, Jumbo, vegan grocery shops, (beer & wine)bars and café and more are at the hotspot Meent.

In this house , the roommate is a Dutch-born man 26 years (Chinese background) finished his Master and full-time working.

Looking for a master/PHD student or starter that is TIDY, doing your own thing and dont mind privacy.

Rent 850 and 260 utilities (wifi, electricity, gas, water, municipal taxes) (the high price is because living with only 2 person household, with high utility cost) = 1110,- per month for 1 person

Deposit 2 months rent (1700). After the rental period, the money is refunded if there are no damages, etc.
