Are you a serious student looking for a comfortable, centrally located room in Rotterdam? Then this room might be perfect for you! The room is available from 10 July 2025 and is ideal for a quiet student who takes their studies seriously and wants to live independently.

Prime location

The room is located in a quiet street, yet close to all shops and nice cafés in the area. Public transport stops practically at the door, allowing you to easily and quickly travel to the university or the city center.

House and atmosphere

The house is well-maintained and all current residents are female. We are looking for someone who feels comfortable in a quiet and friendly household and who treats both the house and the housemates with respect.

Room and facilities

The room is fully furnished and comes with a desk, desk chair, curtains, bed, and TV cabinet. In consultation, it is possible to expand the furnishings according to your needs. You share the other facilities (kitchen, bathroom, and toilet) with your housemates. Internet (wifi) is available and included in the rent.

The room costs 745 per month. This price is all-inclusive, so it includes:

In addition, a security deposit of 2 months' rent is required.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a neat, quiet student (m/f) who is seriously engaged in their studies at an MBO, HBO, or university level. A proof of enrollment at an educational institution is required. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Municipal registration is possible.

We prefer a mature and flexible person who uses energy sustainably and is mindful of using the facilities responsibly.
