Kamer in Kortekade

We are looking for a new roommate (23-30 m/w) to join our house starting the beginning of March! The room is 18m² for 650 (excl. ~80 utilities). We are located at the Kortkade, meaning you can walk straight into the Kralingse Bos for a hang-out, BBQ, or a workout. Erasmus University and the AH XL (supermarket) are just 5 minutes away, and you can reach the city center within 10 minutes. An ideal spot!

Currently, there are four of us: Jim (25, Computer Science), Matthijs (26, working student), Thijs (29, working student), and Gijs (27, working). Since Gijs is leaving us, we are looking for someone to fill the gap. We all have our own schedules, but whenever possible, we like to eat together, watch a football match, play some darts, or get nostalgic with our PS3.

You will share the kitchen, the living room, and two bathrooms with us. After a long day, youll come home to a generally relaxed and quiet environment where you can do your own thing, but there is always room for initiative!
