The room

Your own bright bedroom with waterfront windows. Bed, desk and chair, hanging rack, large chest of drawers, bedside table. Door lock for privacy. One of the larger rooms at this level - furnished, calm, ready when you arrive.

The home

Youd be sharing with 1-2 quiet, considerate professionals. A proper kitchen you can really cook in, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet, washer and dryer, fast WiFi, elevator. We keep it clean and easy-going.

A bike can be included for your stay - handy for the bridge, the centre, and everyday errands.

The location

Maashaven Nz- waterfront Rotterdam Central- South. Well connected, without the noise of the very centre.

About 10 minutes walk to Rijnhaven metro

8-min metro ride to Rotterdam Centraal

1015 minutes by bike to the centre via Erasmusbrug

Gym, shops, cafés and coworking on foot.

Erasmus University is an easy bike or metro.

Fenix museum and Walhalla theatre about 5 minutes away.
