- Shared facilities: 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a large communal kitchen, and a laundry room (with washingmachine and dryer).

- Outdoor space: Large shared backyard and a secure, private bicycle storage.

- Housemates: The house contains 6 student rooms in total.

Located in Oud-IJsselmonde. Excellent cycling connection via the Van Brienenoord Bridge to:

Erasmus University & Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences (Hogeschool Rotterdam).

Rental Terms:

- Monthly rent: 785 (Fully inclusive of utilities, internet, taxes, furniture, and service charges).

- Deposit: 1,000 (one-time payment, refundable).

- Contract: Campus contract for the duration of your studies (minimum 1 year, followed by a one-month notice period).

- Requirements: Students only. No smoking and no pets allowed.

- Availability: Late May. (Note: If you are looking for accommodation starting this summer, the contract must still commence in late May).
