Kamer in Meent

Hi! I'm looking for a female roommate starting August 1st (possibly a bit earlier in consultation). The apartment has two floors, a rooftop terrace, and two balconies at the front and back. It features a spacious kitchen and living room, two separate toilets, and a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The apartment is located right in the city center, with three supermarkets within walking distance, along with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops.

The room is 13m² and comes furnished with a bed, a large desk, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The room also includes a TV and air conditioning.

Youll be sharing the apartment with just me (I also own the place). I'm a 24-year-old woman with quite a busy life. I work as a marketer, exercise regularly, and spend a lot of time with friends and family. I'm very social and love to chat, but I also really value my alone time and am quite independent. My party era is mostly behind me (with the occasional exception ), and I enjoy going out for dinner or relaxing on a terrace.

I think its important that my roommate has her own life, but also enjoys hanging out on the couch together now and then or doing something fun. No pressure thoughIm not into obligations, haha. I also find it very important that youre clean and respectful towards each other and the space.

Rent is 1100 per month, all inclusive. Cleaning is done every two weeks and is also included in the price.
