Kamer in Nieuwe Binnenweg

A room (+/- 17m²) will be available in our house at the beginning of July. The house is a two floor apartment. It has 3 bedrooms, a shared kitchen, toilet, shower, washing/drying area, spacious living room, a room for spare stuff and a roof terrace/balcony. The room that becomes available also has a shared walk in closet for clothing next to it.

Location: End of the Nieuwe Binnenweg, near Historical Delfshaven, known for the large amount of restaurants and cozy cafes. It is not far from the centre of Rotterdam and easily reachable by public transport (metro stations Coolhaven and Delfshaven are within walking distance). Close to Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Lidl and also many evening shops and other small stores and shops like barbershops.

About us, our current flatmate Vivianais moving out. Leaving us Leslie (34), Ronald (47) and the cat Poezebeest (10) to find a new flatmate which might be you . Since Leslie is vegan, being vegan is a plus.
