Kamer in Nijverheidstraat

A room is available in our warm and cozy home on the Nijverheidstraat for long term rent from Sept 15 and we are looking for a new housemate! We live with four people (3 girls, all young professionals aged 24 to 27 + 1 new tenant) in our house by the Maas. It is a mixed Dutch/international household. We are looking for someone (m/f/x) who is finishing their studies or has been working for a few years. The house is fully equipped; a roof terrace, a nice kitchen and dinning room with a dishwasher, a bathroom and a toilet. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by bike just by crossing the Willemsbrug.

A room of 16 m2 (approx. 4x4m2) is available from 15 of Sept! All furniture (and plants ) from the photos will be removed so the room comes unfurnished.
