Room available exclusively for (international) students. The minimum rental period is 6 months and the maximum is 12 months, with the option to extend up to a total of 24 months. The room is located in a completely renovated 84m² house in the quiet and green Lombardijen neighborhood.

The room is furnished. It features a double bed, a wardrobe with a mirror, and a desk with a desk lamp and chair.

The doors to the room between the balcony and the shared hallway are both lockable with a key.

It's not yet visible in the photos, but blackout blinds will be installed on all windows before the rental period begins.

The bathroom and kitchen are brand new.

From Lombardijen train station, a train departs every 10 minutes to both The Hague and Dordrecht. You can reach Blaak Station in 6 minutes, Rotterdam Central Station in 9 minutes, Delft Station in 24 minutes, and The Hague Central Station in 40 minutes.

The walk from the house to Lombardijen Station takes less than 5 minutes.

There's also a bus from Lombardijen Station every 15 minutes to the Erasmus University Rotterdam campus in 20 minutes. Cycling from the house to campus takes 25 minutes.

The rent also includes service charges, an advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
