Kamer in Rochussenstraat

This room will be available for sublet for about 10 weeks while Im working on a project abroad.

Its a 13 m² room, and all relevant information is attached to this post.

You'll be living with four other guys, all masters students at TU Delft, and one girl who studies law at Leiden University. Theres plenty of space in the house to do your own thing, but we also often eat together or hang out on the couch. Everyone in the house is good friends, but also very open to new people, so you'll be stepping into a warm and social atmosphere.

Besides photos of the room and house, Ive also included a picture of the housemates so you can decide if you even feel like looking at these faces every day.

We have a spacious living room with a kitchen, shared with the other guys. Theres a balcony off the living room, though I doubt you'll want to sit out there much in winter.

The house has 3 bathrooms, so you'll pretty much never have to wait to take a shower or anything.

The location is super convenient, just a few minutes walk from metro station Delfshaven, and right across the street is the cozy bar De Oude Sluis. Theres also a LIDL just around the corner for budget groceries.

The room comes fully furnished, so you wont have to drag any furniture up the stairs.

Ill be doing the project abroad with one of my housemates, so his room is also subrented to someone.
