A room will become available in a well-maintained apartment in Rotterdam from Q3 (around mid-Sept), near Kralingse Plas. This is a hospita/shared living arrangement. I am looking for a calm, clean, and independent tenant who does not smoke and appreciates a peaceful and comfortable home environment.

You also have your own social network and a fairly independent lifestyle.

Preferably someone who works full-time, is doing a traineeship/PhD, or combines work/study, has a stable routine, and is respectful of shared spaces. This is not a party house.

Important:

- Non-smoking

- Cleanliness, calmness, and mutual respect are important

- Conscious use of utilities (gas/water/electricity)

- Suitable for a quiet living environment
