Im moving out and looking for someone to take over my furnished single room in a lovely apartment in Blijdorp for a short stay.

Available: ASAP until 14 November.

Youll be sharing the apartment with one easygoing working guy (32). Bills are split 50/50, and everyone is welcome. Bonus points if youre into football, Italian food, and a good bottle of wine.

About the room & apartment:

Furnished single room with a bed, mattress, and wardrobe.

Recently renovated apartment with a sunny balcony.

Modern kitchen with everything you need: oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a large fridge/freezer.

Newly renovated bathroom with a shower and a bathtub yes, bubble baths are absolutely on the menu.

Location:

Located in the beautiful, peaceful neighborhood of Blijdorp. Youre just a short bike ride from Rotterdam city center, Rotterdam Centraal, supermarkets, shops, and excellent tram/metro connections.

Rent:

1,110/month (internet included) + approximately 70/month per person for utilities.

Registration is possible.
