The Room

Enjoy a peaceful, private room in a quiet home right in the heart of the city. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an electric Auping bed and an ergonomic Comforto desk chair.

Housemates

You'll share the house with friendly, quiet and considerate academic housemates who appreciate their privacy. You'll also have your own storage space in the kitchen, fridge and freezer. A bicycle is included with your stay, making it easy to explore the city!

The Accomodation

We're located in a quiet residential street in a lively neighbourhood in the city center.

The house is a light, clean, modern apartment with our own front door and hallway. It has two floors: the 3th and 4th floor of the building.

This house was originally set up to accommodate expats staying in Rotterdam for a few months (too long for a hotel, but perhaps too short to rent a regular apartment). We therefore mainly host guests travelling to Rotterdam for work rather than leisure.

Shared Spaces

Your room is completely private and exclusively for your use. The door can be locked from both the inside and outside with a key. You're also welcome to borrow a bike during your stay.

Youre welcome to use all the shared spaces as well:

Toilet and bathroom, including a washing machine and laundry detergent.

Large shared kitchen on the upper floor, with a balcony offering beautiful sunset views.

- Storage shed in the back garden, where you can safely store your suitcases or a bike.
