Neat room in Rotterdam South.

Around 5 Jan the room will be aviable for a long or short period. Registration is possible but rather not. My taxes will go up

I rented this room 4 times before , my previous tenants were :

-A woman from Iran for 2 months.

-A woman from Latvia for 7 months.

-A man from Latvia for 5 months.

-A woman from China for 4 months.

I try to reply to all messages but I think it will be too much..expect to get 75+ messages , like last time.

Would love a tenant that speaks English well. Also you need to like dogs
