Around 1 Nov the room will be aviable for a long or short period. The room comes with all utilities incl. no hidden fees afterwards. Internet, gas ,electric and water are incl. There is also no Security Deposit.

I rented this room 6 times before , my previous tenants were :

-A woman from Iran for 2 months.

-A woman from Latvia for 7 months.

-A man from Latvia for 5 months.

-A woman from China for 4 months.

-A woman from Turkey for 8 months.

-A woman from Costa Rica 1.5 months.

I try to reply to all messages but I think it will be too much..expect to get 50+ messages , like last time.

Would love a tenant that speaks English as well. I also hope you do not mind doghairs because my dog is dropping it everywhere. If you do not need registration , I can lower the price by 100 euro.
