hope youre all doing well. I have a room available in an apartment shared with two other people, located in the south of Rotterdam, close to the Maas. This room is 12m2 and is fully furnished. It even has what I call a step-in closet. Which is basically only one move away from a full walk-in closet (#closetgoals).

The price for this final stepping stone in closet goodness is a whopping 835,- including utilities/local taxes/service cost/internet. There is also a 1700,- refundable (if you don't wreck the place) deposit.

Registration is mandatory and only possible if you have never been in trouble with the law (or have visited a spray shop recently :p).

The room is available from the 9th of October. Youll be sharing the kitchen, balcony and facilities (incl. washer) with two young ladies. Though this might change to a mixed household if someone leaves (just FYI).

There is a tram stop around the corner of the apartment that will get you to Maashaven in two shakes of a lambs tail (two tram stops). With the bike you can get to the centre in about 15 mins. With public transport it might take you a bit less or more depending on your connection and luck. But you wont get the free cardio though.
