Kamer in Van Opbergenstraat

Hi girls,

Were looking for a new housemate starting October 1st (end of September is also possible upon agreement!). The room is 9m² and comes furnished (single bed, wardrobe, nightstand, desk, office chair). There is currently a double bed in the room, which can be taken over in consultation with the current housemate.

We share a spacious living room (25m²), the bathroom (with washing machine), and the kitchen (with dishwasher). The apartment is located in Lage Land, a quiet neighborhood in Rotterdam-East, close to a bus station, supermarkets, the Kralingse Bos, and Basic-Fit. There is free parking in front of our door.

We are two women ourselves (26 & 24 years old). I work full-time as a consultant and am also the homeowner. The other housemate is from Germany and works as a landscape architect. We enjoy chatting in the living room or going for walks together, but since we both have busy jobs, we also value peace and quiet.

We also find it very important to keep the house clean (no shoes indoors, weekly cleaning). The price of the room is 675 euros per month including utilities (excluding annual municipal and water board taxes).
