Rental contract

Total monthly rent is 652,68, consisting of a base rent of 481,68 and service charges of 171,00.

The service charges include an advance payment for utilities (energy, water, internet) and use of the washing machine.

Deposit: 1.5 months base rent.

Contract duration: 6 months.
