Hello everyone,

Were a small communal household based in Nieuwe Westen in Rotterdam and were looking for a new housemate to join our cozy living space starting May 7th.

About us:

My name is AL (she/her) and I am 31 years old. I live together with Poli (she/her) who is 25 years old. For us, open communication and respect for each others space and rhythms is very important. I am a journalist and researcher/teacher, Poli works as a research consultant in the public sector, and we both work 40+ hours a week. Our ideal housemate likes to share spontaneous cups of tea and the occasional dinner or movie together.

About the Space:

Private room: 12m2, unfurnished, with a (shared) balcony

Shared spaces: small kitchen, very large living room, bathroom, rooftop terrace

Rent: 640 incl. utilities, internet, taxes etc.

Location: Mathenesserplein - tramstop, Albert Heijn, HEMA, Kruidvat, Blokker and Zeeman within 150m

NB: Registration not possible unfortunately

You are:

A non-smoker around the age of 30 (26-35) who is open, communicative, clean, either working or doing a masters and enjoys shared living. We strongly encourage LGBTQIA+ folks, BIPOC and internationals to apply. Proof of stable income is a must.
