Kamer in Westzeedijk

I'm subletting my room at Westzeedijk 108 from 1 October to 28 February this period is fixed. It's the attic room in a building with 12 rooms. You have your own staircase leading up to the room, which gives a real sense of privacy.

I've been living in this room for 5 years now and it has everything you could wish for: a large fridge, air conditioning, a desk, a seating area with TV, your own sink, wardrobes, a Nespresso machine and a combi-microwave.

The house is a former mansion that has been fully restored, so it looks chic while still having modern facilities. It has two kitchens, each with 2 hobs, so 4 hobs in total. There are also 2 washing machines and dryers. In total there are 6 showers and 4 toilets.

The neighbourhood is ideal: the city centre and the Witte de Withstraat are within walking distance, you live close to the water in a quiet, tidy area (Scheepvaartkwartier). There's also an Albert Heijn a 3-minute walk away, and the tram stops right outside the door. The metro is just under a 10-minute walk.
