Required Gross Monthly Income:

For a rental price of 1050 per month (including costs), many landlords require a minimum income of 4 times the monthly rent: 1050 × 4 = 4200 gross per month.

Dont meet this income requirement yet? No problem! We accept a parent or relative as a guarantor. If you do not yet meet the income requirement, your parents can act as your guarantor. This is done through:

- A Guarantee Declaration or

- A Deed of Surety

In these documents, your parents will formally declare that they are financially responsible for the rent if you are unable to pay it.

Location and accessibility:

The studio is located in the Charlois district, a well-connected and green area with various amenities within walking distance. Public transport and main roads are easily accessible, allowing for quick access to Rotterdam city center.

Viewing and selection process:

We are planning to hold viewings on Saturday, July 12th, 2025, between 18:00 and 20:00.

After the viewings, we will proceed with a selection based on the submitted applications and supporting documents.
