We are a friendly family (working parents + 2 young children) living on the lower floors. The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood near shops, supermarkets, and Nesselande beach.

The attic floor has its own facilities, with only the front door and stairs shared. The washing machine and dryer are shared, but the owner will only use them when the tenant away.
