Hey! Are you a girl with stable income looking for a house to share next to Rotterdam? Then we want to invite you to a viewing in our cozy house!

Me ( 20-year old Ukrainian student at Erasmus) and my roommate (30-year old Spanish supervisor at a beauty shop) are looking for a new girl to join our house.

We like to keep it nice and clean in the house and respect each others space. Occasionally we like to hang out in the kitchen together while drinking some tea and chatting.

The house has two floors. On the first floor there is spacious living room, toilet, storage space and a big kitchen with a balcony. Second floor has our rooms and a bathroom. The house is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine.
