Kamer in Rotterdamsedijk

Since my current roommate prefers to live with his girlfriend, a room will become available in my house as of November 1st.

Its a spacious room of about 24 m² in a house of roughly 120 m² with a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

I currently occupy two smaller rooms myself if youd actually prefer that setup, we could possibly swap.

The house comes with a nice balcony and a beautiful garden, where in summer the BBQ often fires up and (un)healthy amounts of rosé are enjoyed.

Utilities, internet, and a cleaner are included in the rent.

The neighborhood is quiet and located on the good side of Schiedam. Theres a tram stop almost at the doorstep, and with a 20-minute bike ride youll find yourself right in the center of Rotterdam.

Also, Schiedam has more to offer than youd think for example, the best ramen noodle place in the Netherlands!

About me: Im 33 years young, working as a consultant in the infrastructure sector. I try to live a fairly active life while balancing keeping things exciting, making the occasional reckless decision, traveling, and also building in time for relaxation and rest.

Who am I looking for?

Someone who has (almost) finished their studies sorry, no students.

Someone neat, calm, and social.

Most importantly: just be yourself, no need to hold back around me.

Smoking is fine on the balcony.

Alcohol or drugs are okay as long as it all stays within reason.

Notice period: 2 months (unless I find someone sooner)

Deposit: 1 months rent
