Hey Future House Mate,

I am a working professional renting out a bright, fully furnished room in my apartment in the Rotterdam/Schiedam area. The room has a comfortable bed, wardrobe, desk and good natural light, and you can use the shared living room, kitchen, garden area and bathroom. Rent includes utilities (gas/water/electricity), fast internet and basic household items like cleaning supplies. I live here myself, so this is a situation with just the two of us in the house, ideal if youre looking for a quiet, safe and tidy place rather than a party house.

I work full-time and have an active lifestyle (gym, sports, social life), so Im often out, but I also enjoy an occasional chat, coffee or dinner at home. Im looking for a responsible, clean and respectful tenant who is easy to communicate with and who treats the place as their own. No pets, and registration can be discussed. I don't mind smoking as long as it's outside the house in the garden area.

Kitchen / food preference

I am vegetarian but you are welcome to eat meat if you like, but I kindly ask that you use separate pans and utensils when cooking meat.
