About the living space

Equestrum's studios are perfect for today's students. They are comfortable, feel like a real home and offer everything you need. The studios are furnished with a mix of a luxurious look with great comfort. There is room for privacy as well as for conviviality. Students will also be staying in the other studios. The studios come with a general recreation room with a kitchen, a sitting area and a TV where you can sit alone or with others. Perfect for both relaxation and sociality.

Equestrum also has a very convenient location on the Ommedijk of Schipluiden, surrounded by both nature and civilization. Within cycling distance is a supermarket, several gyms, several sports complexes, the Chardon stable, fine nature, walking and cycling paths, entertainment options and terraces, various village and city centers (Delft, Den Hoorn, Schipluiden), Delft station, a bus station within walking distance and various universities and schools.

There are a total of 8 studios available, which means that your neighbors consist of other nice students. The price includes 900 per month (including service and cleaning costs). The room itself is 19m2 in size, excluding the shared living room with a few other studios. Each studio has its own bathroom with a toilet, shower and washbasin. The space also contains everything else needed to live comfortably: a bed, a workplace including a desk and a storage space.
