The Equestrum studios are perfect for current students. They are comfortable, feel like a real home, and offer everything you need. The studios are furnished with a mix of luxurious style and great comfort. There is space for both privacy and coziness, as the other studios will also be occupied by students. The studios include a private living room with a kitchen. The bathroom and toilet are shared.

Equestrum is also very conveniently located on the Ommedijk in Schipluiden, surrounded by both nature and civilization. Within cycling distance are a supermarket, several gyms, various sports complexes, the Chardon stables, beautiful nature, walking and cycling paths, entertainment venues and terraces, various village and city centers (Delft, Den Hoorn, Schipluiden), Delft train station, a bus station within walking distance, and several universities and schools. There are three studios available, meaning your neighbors will be other friendly students. The price is 1050 per month (including service and cleaning fees). The room itself is 24m², excluding the shared bathroom and toilet. It includes everything you need for comfortable living: a bed, a workspace with a desk, and a storage cupboard.
