From August Im looking for a new, female, roommate to share my house (120 m2) with. Youll have your own bedroom and the living room (25m2), kitchen, bathroom, toilet and attic will be shared. Theres a garden with a shed, and 3 cats to keep us company.

Theres plenty of parking options, theres bus stops at 5 min walking distance and the city center is a 5 min bike ride. Theres a grocery store at 5 min walking distance and even more options within a 5-10 min bike range. The university is about 20 min by bike.

Technical details:

- Rent: 700,-. This includes utilities, television and internet.

- Desposit: 1,5x rent

- Rental allowance not possible

- Furnished

- Small pets can be discussed (no dogs/cats/birds)
