A room will become available at the end of August. It is located in a house that was fully renovated in 2022, situated in a quiet, leafy area on a dead-end street. We are looking for someone who works full-time, as our student days are well behind us. The room:

- A 16 m² room (with some sloped ceiling space) on the first floor, featuring a private sink;

- Equipped with an LG air conditioning unit capable of both cooling and heating;

- The room is furnished with: a 140x200 bed (including under-bed storage), a desk with an office chair, a nightstand (including a lamp), a chest of drawers, and a waste bin.

The house also features:

- A well-equipped kitchen with a combi-oven, induction cooktop, steam oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher;

- The living room/kitchen area also has an LG air conditioning unit for cooling and heating;

- Washing machine and dryer;

- Separate toilet (ground floor);

- Bathroom with sink, rain shower, and toilet (1st floor);

- Living room with a corner sofa and dining table;

- Extra refrigerator and freezer in the shed;

- 56-square-meter garden.

- PLUS Rooie Pannen supermarket: 3-minute walk;

- Bus stop: 3-minute walk;

- Westermarkt shopping center: 6-minute walk (Jumbo, AH, Kruidvat, specialty shops);

- City center: 10-minute bike ride.
