own quiet studio with own entrance and sunny garden with shed? The entire studio is fully

furnished and equipped with all necessities. Your living room is spacious enough to

furnish it in different ways. In addition to the sitting area with a sofa and an easy

chair and a table, there is a desk and dining table. From the living room you enter the

bedroom with a wide bed (1.40 x 200), bedside table and wardrobe. The curtains are

blackout. You have your own kitchen and bathroom. Toilet is outside the studio in the hallway. Student living upstairs is using the bathroom there.

In the hallway you will find shared washing machine , vacuum cleaner, freezer are in the basement.
