This is a cozy attic room that has just been renovated to an exceptionally high standard of quality and comfort.

The room is located on the edge of the city center, just a 5-minute bike ride or walk to the city, the train station, Albert Heijn XL, and a 10-minute bike ride to the university.

Currently there are no new pictures of the room but it is furnished with a large single bed (90x200), a desk, a wardrobe, a storage cabinet, a shoe rack, a coat rack, and a reading nook. The room is decorated with artwork and carpet to create a warm, homey atmosphere.

The shared kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a washing machine, all available for your use.

Currently, all tenants are working students who are out for most of the day.
