A nice room of 11 m² on the ground floor in a cozy house with a great location. The room has a high ceiling, laminate flooring, and a built-in closet. There is also a small loft space where you can store your belongings.

The house itself is ideally located just 5 minutes by bike from the city center and Central Station, and within walking distance of Korvelplein with all its amenities (2 supermarkets, etc.). Its a quiet house with a total of 4 rooms/tenants (all male). There is a shared kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor area with bike storage. The bus stop is right in front of the house.

The rent is excluding gas/water/electricity, but including service costs.

We are looking for:

A regular (full-time) student at Avans or Tilburg University (UvT)

Aged between 1824

Male or female

No pets

Preferably not a musician and a non-smoker

Being a good cook and an active cleaner is a plus

Minimum rental period of one year, preferably longer (so not suitable for internships or exchange semesters)
