Available immediately: fully furnished 28m2 studio with a private bathroom in an international student house. Students aged 21 or older may receive up to 460 per month in rent allowance (huurtoeslag). This includes international students.

RENT AND SERVICE COSTS

The total monthly rent is 954,94, consisting of:

- Base rent: 774,94

- Advance service charges: 180,00

The service charges include, among other things:

- Gas, water, electricity, and internet

- Municipal taxes

- Use of furniture and appliances

- Furnishings of the studio

- Furnishing and maintenance of the common areas

Security deposit: 1.549,88 (equivalent to two months' base rent).

RENT ALLOWANCE

This studio qualifies for Dutch rent allowance (huurtoeslag). Students aged 21 or older who meet the requirements set by the Dutch Tax Administration are eligible to receive up to 460 per month in rent allowance (this includes international students).

If the maximum rent allowance is granted, the effective net monthly housing cost will be 494,94 per month (954,94 rent minus 460 rent allowance).

ADDITIONAL FACILITIES

- Shared kitchen, living room, and backyard (shared with a total of five residents)

- Shared kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, combination microwave oven, washing machine, and dryer

SELECTION PROCEDURE

Preference will be given to candidates who:

- Will be enrolled as a student at Tilburg University during the Fall Semester of 2026

- Are at least 21 years old on July 1, 2026
