While we are spending the winter abroad, we are renting out our newly high-end renovated townhouse on a quiet street in the sought-after Pijlsweerd neighbourhood.

Terms & Requirements

* Fixed Period: Exactly 3 months (Nov 17, 2026 Feb 15, 2027). Shorter stays or interim cancellation are not possible.

* Contract: Temporary lease with diplomatic clause (art. 7:274 lid 1 sub b Dutch Civil Code) as the owners are returning on February 15, 2027.

* Liability Insurance: Tenant(s) must hold personal third-party liability insurance (AVP / WA approx. 3 5/month in NL; proof of policy required before key handover).

* Payment: Security deposit and first month's rent prior to check-in.

* House rules: Non-smoking, no pets.
