Appartement in Bonistraat

I am looking for a student who is moving to Utrecht from another city or from abroad for their studies to rent my lovely ground-floor apartment in Lombok.

The apartment is available from 1 August 2026.

The house has a shared front entrance. Upon entering, you will find a hallway with two doors: one leading upstairs and one to the ground-floor apartment. This means you have your own private apartment, but not a separate front door.

The apartment features:

* A spacious living room (approximately 30 m²) with an open kitchen.

* A bright conservatory with large sliding glass doors opening onto the garden.

* A bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.

* Access to a shared storage room with a washing machine (shared with the upstairs neighbour).

* A back entrance where you can safely store your bicycle in the garden.

The apartment is located in the popular Lombok neighbourhood, just a 10-minute bike ride from Utrecht Central Station. A bus stops directly behind the house, and you can reach Utrechts ring road within five minutes.

The rent is 1,250 per month excluding utilities (approximately 1,350 including utilities). The apartment is suitable for one person only.

Please note: The apartment is available exclusively to a student who is relocating to Utrecht from another municipality or from abroad for their studies.
