Appartement in Jadelaan

Hi! I'm Nick (25) and I'm looking for a roommate to share this cosy, centrally located apartment in the Tolsteeg neighbourhood. I've been living here on my own for a while, but I'm now looking for someone to share the place with.

You'll have two private rooms, one slightly smaller than the other. They are located next to the bathroom and separate toilet (see floor plan). My bedroom is on the other side of the apartment. Well share the kitchen with balcony, the spacious living room, the bathroom, and the storage room.

As the apartment isn't very large and we'll be sharing the common spaces every day, having a good connection is important to me. I work full-time in the fashion industry, enjoy cooking and good food, I'm a film enthusiast, and I like staying active. It would be nice to have dinner together every now and then, while still giving each other plenty of space to do our own thing.

I'm preferably looking for someone who is working or finishing their studies, is tidy, and enjoys a friendly, relaxed living environment where we occasionally do something together.
