Appartement in Potgieterstraat

Because we're going on a three-month trip, our lovely house is available for a temporary subtenant. We've lived here with great love and pleasure for two years now, and we've made the house more sustainable and completely redone. The living room is very large, bright, and wonderfully comfortable, with a spacious dining table and adjoining open-plan kitchen. There's a deep balcony that catches the sun and a 40m² garden. There's one bedroom with a double bed and another spacious bedroom adjacent to the garden, which could accommodate a luxury air mattress. The bathroom has a luxurious bathtub overlooking the garden and a rain shower. The house is fully equipped and stylishly decorated. We're therefore looking for a reliable tenant who will take good care of our house (and plants) while we're away. Ideally, we're looking for a single person or a couple! The temporary period is three months, from the end of October 2025 to the end of January 2026.
