As Ill be in Berlin for my dance training, Im subletting my lovely apartment for the months of September, October, November, and December. The exact start and end dates (around the Christmas holidays) are flexible and can be discussed.

- Closet space (Ill clear space for your belongings)

- Lots of plants (ideally, you enjoy caring for them!)

Rent: 1500 includes internet, gas, water, electricity, and other utilities.

Who am I looking for?

A quiet and reliable person who will treat the place with care. No smoking indoors. The building has thin walls, so its important to be considerate of the neighbors (who are very quiet themselves). No parties or disturbances, please.
