Im looking for a subtenant/lodger for 6 months. The bedroom is small (8 square meters, including a built-in wardrobe), but theres a spacious living room that the tenant is also welcome to use.

Youll be living with one housemate: my name is Luca, Im 30 years old and a trans man (so Im looking for someone who is queer-friendly). Im a calm and easy-going housemate. Im social but not a party animal. I work as a freelance screenwriter and film teacher, and Im a creative night owl.

I work mostly from home, so Im looking for someone whos also in a quieter phase of life, ideally between 25 and 40 years old. Someone whos friendly and social but also independent and respects personal space. All nationalities and genders are welcome.
