Im looking for a working pers or phd student to sublet the room. In case you look for a temporary option because you are waiting for a room welcome. Disscuss the dates with me pls. The house is located near Vaartscherijn Station (very good location) and there are a lot of supermarkets nearby.

LOCATION

The location of my house is ideal if you would like to access the city centre quickly but also to catch the train.

Also, there is a swimming pool nearby.

There is a supermarket, a lot a bars cafes and restaurants nearby

The closest train/ bus stop Utrecht Vaartscherijn and is a 3-minute walk away.

AVAILABILITY

My place is available from 1 sept -28 feb 2026

900,- month

Price is all inclusive (no extra charge for water, gas, electricity, wifi, garbage, municipality taxes). Whe n we all go over the 200,- pm all have to pay extra. Means 1-2 washes p.p pw. and not letting on the heather just in the evening from 18.00-22.00 in winter time. Heather is ver expensive!

A security deposit of 1 month/ the room is for 1 person!

VIEWINGS

Viewings are possible online and in person as well, based on appointments
